The 13-storey condominium on the Queen Street East provides 90 residential units as well as the amenities and retail spaces. The building has an annex building that connects the 1871 Berkeley Church and the condominium on the first and second floors. The annex is designed to be an open cafeteria, inviting both church visitors and the residents in the area. The design concept is to emphasize the contrast between the past and the present as the condominium building closely stands next to the historical church. The fully glazed façades subtly reflect the visual context of the neighbourhood area as exhibiting the modern character of the building design with the balconies of randomized patterns and the sharply sculpted entrance canopy.
